Brief History

The MiG-15 is considered the 4th best fighter plane of all time, tied with its adversary of the Korean War, the F-86 Sabre. This aircraft was probably the largest produced aircraft since World War II. It was made by the Soviet Union, its eastern block countries, and Communist China. It overwhelmingly destroyed NATO forces’ aircraft early in the Korean War. However, as soon as the F-86 was put into service, the MiG-15 lost its dominance with a loss ratio of 10 to 1. This is a two-seat version of the MiG-15.
